We are involved in organizing workers, raising awareness and lobbying with the government and employers for decent working environment, favorable laws and policies for workers.
Focus Areas
The goals of the organization is to promote and work towards proper labour market management, improve living standard of workers, maintain sound industrial relations, increase quality production are the goals of NCAWU.
- Educating and training workers on job issues, policies and related legislation as well as on areas affecting their socio - economic, political life in their community and nation.
- Raising awareness to workers on workers' related issues.
- Advocating workers’ representation and access to policy decision making bodies of state.
- Organizing activities to promote decent work and improved living standards through study, research and labour market situation analysis in Nepal.
